We will help you reach your fitness goals! If you want to lose weight, tone up, get stronger, or just have more energy for your day, our fitness experts will get you there. We specialize in training women only, and no two workouts with Fit Chicks are the same! You will always get a one hour, full body workout that will include cardio and strength each time we meet. The workouts are created especially for women and you WILL get RESULTS with our trainers.
Boot Camps Starting Every Monday!
Fit Chicks operates year round so you can start any Monday! We have new chicks starting boot camp with us each week. Your first class is always FREE! We have helped thousands of women lose weight and get FIT since 2009 and we would love to help you on your fitness journey! Our female fitness experts are all nationally certified personal trainers who specialize in working with women only. Our trainers will show each exercise at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels so anyone can join us and get a great workout!
