Eating out will cost you more money and has health costs as well.  The food industry supplies our restaurant chains with some of the most addictive, salty, sugary and low nutrient foods around.  They also create portion sizes that could easily be 3 meals. Start the meal off by asking for a to-go box and put half of it in there for later….you will still likely have enough to satisfy you!
