Hi there. I am so excited to be the Fit Chick Trainer for Arlington! I look forward to joining you on your health and fitness journey!
I am a wife and a mother of 3 kids. I enjoy being active and staying busy. I played sports in high school and college which then led to taking fitness classes. As I began my adult life, fitness started playing a bigger role in my life. When I became pregnant with twins, I began to focus more on nutrition and how diet plays a role in our health. As my children grew, I wanted to make sure I was being a positive example of how to live a balanced, healthy and happy life. After years of going to the gym, participating in 5Ks and fun runs, and doing my own at-home workouts, I decided to become a fitness instructor. I wanted to share my passion for a healthy lifestyle and help others realize that fitness is much more than focusing on changing what we perceive as negatives about our bodies but rather more about being a stronger, healthier, happier and more confident YOU!
I am super excited to be working with a company that focuses on the whole body – balanced nutrition (who doesn’t love a 30 day meal plan, recipes and a shopping list?!) along with cardio and strength workouts designed specifically for a woman’s body. I not only hope to help others find the joy in self-care but to also help show that along with the benefits of health and fitness, there is also much joy in improved health.
