Warm up and stretch

20 One armed upright row to shoulder press (10 ea side)
10 pike push-ups
20 squat to front raise
10 pike push-ups

Cardio blast
10 burpees
10 Squat jumps
10 Plank jacks

4 rounds
5 weighted crunches
Sit Up and do
5 tricep extensions

Up down planks- back and forth from forearm to straight arm

3 rounds lateral raises
5 standing on right leg
5 standing on left leg
10 mat hop overs

10 burpees
10 squat jumps
20 jumping jacks

3 rounds shoulder presses
5 standing on right leg
5 standing on left leg
10 mat hop overs

Cardio blast
10 burpees
10 Squat jumps
10 Plank jacks

Kettle bell swing tabata
(Use dumbbell if needed)

Walk out to plank
20 min climbers
Walk back
2 squat jumps

3 rounds
10 punches holding dumbbells while holding squat
10 upright rows

20 plank supermans
10 updog/down dog
10 pike push-ups
