Fall has arrived! Our brand new meal plan for our clients is coming out this week! Here’s a sneak peek at one of the delicious breakfast recipes included. Starting your day off with good nutrition will set you up for success. Enjoy!

Egg White Avocado Toast
Serves: 2
Total Time: 7 minutes

Ingredients:
4 pieces of sprouted whole wheat bread
1 large avocado, pitted and mashed
6 egg whites
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tomato, sliced
Directions:
1. Toast the bread and top each slice with mashed avocado.
2. Meanwhile, scramble the egg whites and cook on a lightly greased non-stick skillet.
3. Divide egg white scramble between the four pieces of toast, season to taste, then top
each with a tomato slice.
