What to Expect

No matter what stage of life you are in, you will have a place at Fit Chicks! We have women of all ages and all fitness levels that join our program. Each workout is created with everyone in mind – and each exercise is shown 3 different ways. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced, so everyone is truly working at their own pace. Your trainer will give modifications if you need them, and understands what women need in a workout to reach their goals. Our goal is to help you reach your goals, and help become a better version of YOU!

Our programming is tailored for women. We won’t ever ask you to run distance, or blow whistles, intimidate or make anyone feel left behind. It’s a supportive, encouraging environment that will inspire you every time we meet. Nutrition is a big part of any weight loss goals, and your camp will come with a 30 day meal plan that includes grocery lists, easy to follow recipes and snack ideas to help you succeed!

Our trainers will keep you accountable by checking in on you if you miss a class, and the friendships you will develop with other chicks are one of a kind. It’s really a sisterhood that you don’t find anywhere else.
